Let’s set the scene: it’s Saturday morning(ish), your phone’s dead from last night’s disco madness at Hotel Saguaro, and your group chat is blowing up with one question: Where’s brunch?

It's All about the Chilequiles
Answer: Low Desert — the brunch spot that’s giving recovery, luxury, and flavor bombs all in one.
First of all: get the chilaquiles. These are not your abuela’s — no shade, love her — but these are the main character of hangover brunches. Imagine nachos that went to culinary school. Tortilla chips, chorizo, fried eggs, queso fresco, guac, cilantro crema, and your choice of salsa verde or roja. $18 well spent, babes.
Waffles No Less
Still hungry (or hungover)? Go in on the Huevos Rancheros — another fan fave with creamy beans, salsa roja, and all the fixins. Or treat your sweet tooth with the Low Desert Waffle topped with mango or raspberry sauce, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. Slay.
It's Not Brunch Without A Mimosa
Of course, we had to try the drinks — this is SQUAD Magazine, after all. The bottomless mimosa ($18) is basically our new personality. But don’t sleep on the Aperol Spritz, Espresso Martini, or a classic Bloody Mary if you're feeling spicy.
TL;DR: Low Desert is the move. Roll in post-party, order the chilaquiles, bottomless your soul, and then lounge poolside like the baddie you are.
Low Desert / Modern Mexican Palm Springs is located at Smoke Tree Village 17775 E. Palm Canyon Dr. Ste 405
