There are two types of people at Desert Hills Premium Outlets: the girls who came with a shopping list and the girls who somehow leave with a new purse, sunglasses, and a sudden need to “romanticize their life.”
The new Coach Coffee Shop? Created for both.
Officially opened May 8, 2026 next door to the Coach store in Cabazon, this isn’t just a quick coffee stop before your next luxury purchase. It’s a full-on aesthetic experience. Very “accidentally spent two hours here” energy.
The second you walk up, the vintage style neon coffee sign pulls you in like a siren song for iced latte girls. Inside, colorful murals by Palm Springs local @itsadiscoday blend Coach nostalgia with playful desert vibes, making the whole café feel like a retro Palm Springs daydream your Pinterest board wishes it was.
And the drinks? Dangerous.

The iced tiramisu latte honestly tastes like dessert disguised as coffee, while the shaken espressos, matchas, cold brews, strawberry lavender lemonades, and americanos keep everyone in the group chat happy.
We also tried the adorable pink Tabby cake shaped like a Coach bag, and honestly? She was the moment. Too cute to eat for approximately thirty seconds before we all folded immediately.
Even the staff understood the assignment. Coach hats, branded aprons, smiling faces, and enough friendliness to make you briefly consider becoming a morning person.
The merch corner is equally unserious in the best way possible: vintage-inspired mugs, cartoon coffee graphics, and collectible cups that somehow convince you that yes, you do need another tote bag.
Coach has officially entered its “coffee and community” era proving luxury shopping isn’t just transactional anymore.
It’s experiential. And honestly? The girls are seated.
