Say Cheese! Palm Springs Photo Booths Are Giving Major Retro Vibes

Looking for a cute, low-key activity for your Palm Springs bachelorette or girls’ getaway?

We got you. Forget taking 100 selfies and deleting 99. It’s time to step into a photo booth, pull the curtain and let the nostalgia do its thing.

There’s something magical about a photo booth. You squeeze in with your besties, make questionable faces, strike your most unserious poses and—snap!—you have an actual memory you can hold in your hand.

And yes, photo booths have been serving friendship-core for nearly a century. In 1925, the first modern photo booth appeared on Broadway in New York City, charging 25 cents for eight photos. Iconic.

Today, photo booths may be digital, but the vibe is still the same: less scrolling, more living.

This one is for the vintage girls. Located among vintage clothing and books, it’s the perfect place to browse, shop and then capture your retro-core moment.

Because your Palm Springs trip deserves more than another photo buried in your camera roll.

Make it tactile. Make it ridiculous. Make it you.
