Champagne, Shade & Splits: Whitney Rose Spills (Almost) Everything at Reforma’s Drag Brunch

By Gladys Goldbach

Darlings, if you weren’t at Reforma on February 22, I have just one question: are you okay? Because Palm Springs was alive and dripping in sequins, sass, and just enough scandal to keep our mimosas trembling.

The fabulous Palm Springs Wives Drag Brunch delivered exactly what it promised and then some, featuring none other than Whitney Rose from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, all under the divine hosting of Epiphany Kali.

Whitney floated in looking like a literal Valentine’s Day dream blush pink satin, celestial appliqué (sun, moon, heart… oh my), and just enough glow to make you wonder if she is the moment. Before the show, she charmed her way through a meet-and-greet, posing, smiling, and serving face like a seasoned pro.

But let’s get to the good stuff.

Between helping the drag queens collect dollar bills for charity (yes, our girl was working the room and the crowd), Whitney took questions from an audience that was clearly thirsty and not just for cocktails. Naturally, the question came up: the now-infamous airplane drama involving Meredith Marks.

You know the one. The flight. The tension. The TikTok-fueled accusations about Seth Marks. The confrontation heard ‘round Bravo.

Whitney didn’t exactly spill the tea—she teased the teapot.

“It was disgusting. I hated it,” she said, pausing just long enough for dramatic effect. “I can’t talk about it because I’ll probably get sued.” Ah yes, nothing like a legal threat to spice up brunch conversation.

When asked about her current relationship with Meredith? Ice cold. “I literally don’t talk to her. The last time was the reunion on December 5, 2025. She didn’t say anything per usual.” Oop.

But it wasn’t all shade and subpoenas. Whitney lightened things up with a story about her husband, Justin Rose, getting elbowed at a Chicago bar during Market Days. “One of the most exciting moments of my life,” she laughed. Not your typical nightlife anecdote, but we’ll take it.

The show ended the only way it should: with Whitney attempting (and delivering!) a split on stage to a roaring, sold-out crowd. Guests danced, dollars flew, wigs were metaphorically snatched—and yes, the brunch was delicious too.

Moral of the story? When Whitney Rose shows up, so does the drama… even if she can’t legally talk about it.
