A Leisure-Lover’s Guide with Cassidy Barbeau of The Bespoke Concierge
If Palm Springs had a fairy godmother in Louboutins and a clipboard, it would be Cassidy Barbeau, founder of The Bespoke Concierge—the go-to luxury planner for bachelorette squads and leisure queens alike.
She's part event whisperer, part spiritual wellness guru, and part glam squad captain. Cassidy doesn’t just help you plan a party—she curates experiences so elevated they might actually require SPF 75.
We sat down (poolside, obviously) for an exclusive chat with the woman behind Palm Springs’ most luxe, laid-back, and extra in the best way bachelorette weekends.
“I’m Basically a Vibe Curator.” – Cassidy Barbeau
SQUAD: Tell us about yourself. Give us the vibe.
Cassidy: I’m a California girl, but I lived in Costa Rica for 11 years where my husband and I raised our three kids and ran a raw vegan café. I’m a yogi, an author, a juicing aficionado, and a total experience junkie. I’ve always thrived in high-energy, detail-obsessed environments—and nothing lights me up more than adding magic to someone's vacation or milestone moment.
Palm Springs Is the Vibe—And She’s Been Here Since the 80s
SQUAD: Are you a Palm Springs local?
Cassidy: I grew up in L.A., but I’ve been coming to La Quinta since the big hair and Walkman days. Palm Springs has always felt like a second home—and now it is home. There’s something about this land—the chocolate mountains, the old Hollywood glamour, the healing desert energy—it’s truly magnetic. This place doesn’t just sparkle. It radiates.

Where the Vision Meets the Vibe: The Birth of The Bespoke Concierge
SQUAD: So how did The Bespoke Concierge come to be?
Cassidy: It was a mix of intuition and observation. I saw a gap between luxury vacation rentals and what guests actually needed once they got here. People weren’t just looking for a place—they wanted an experience. So I launched The Bespoke Concierge in late 2022 to make bachelorette weekends, wellness retreats, and family escapes not just easy—but elevated, personal, and chic.
Brides, Besties & Butler Service: Inside the Most Iconic Bach Weekends
SQUAD: What kind of bachelorette parties book with you?
Cassidy: Oh honey, every kind—from low-key luxe to full Beyoncé energy. Some want their fridge stocked with green juice and rosé, others want a Butler serving champagne on a silver tray poolside while they do mixology class in matching silk robes. We’ve done themes like Denim & Diamonds, Palm Springs Before the Rings, Up in the Clouds—you name it. We’ve got drag shows, tarot readings, private chefs, sound baths, and always… a whole lot of sparkle.

The Most Over-the-Top Bash We’re Still Dreaming About
SQUAD: Spill. What’s the most extravagant party you’ve ever done?
Cassidy: Definitely Rachel’s five-star bachelorette extravaganza. I was getting packages from YSL, Sephora, Anthropologie for six weeks straight. We decorated a full estate with custom touches, and every day had a new themed activity—hot air balloon rides, a private magician (complete with doves), full-time butler, massages, a Hibachi feast, and a photoshoot that looked like it came straight from Vogue. It was luxury with a capital “L.”
From Drag Bingo to Disco Balls: The Themes That Slay
SQUAD: What other “ladies who leisure” themes have been a hit?
Cassidy: Amanda’s 40th was iconic: Drag Queen Bingo, Retro Game Night, and an old-school ice cream truck. We’ve done a ton of 80s-themed weekends for the girls who “just wanna have fun,” complete with neon outfits and cassette tape floaties. The fun part is that no two weekends are the same—unless we’re talking about the champagne consumption, and then yes, it’s always flowing.
So, What Exactly Does The Bespoke Concierge Do?
SQUAD: Give us the services lowdown.
Cassidy: We do it all—from grocery stocking and welcome gifts to full event planning.
Think: private chefs, spa services, Butler service, bartenders, yoga classes, decor, mixology classes, drag brunches, photographers, healing sessions, pickleball (yes, really)—the list goes on. I also offer on-site event management for estate parties that need a boss lady on the ground.
A Sample Itinerary for the SQUAD Who Wants It All
SQUAD: What’s a dream weekend itinerary look like?
Cassidy: You arrive to a welcome cocktail and a Butler who knows your name. Day one is pool party vibes with fresh tacos and floaties shaped like flamingos, followed by a Chef-prepared dinner and rooftop drinks. The next day? Yoga, sound bath, brunch, shopping, and a themed dinner party—maybe Hibachi or Asian Fusion. Want to sneak in a drag show or a tarot reading? Done. The energy is always tailored to your vibe—chill, bougie, or all-out glam.
Cassidy’s Fave Palm Springs Spots for Food & Fun
SQUAD: Favorite local spots?
Cassidy: So many! In Old Town La Quinta, Casa Mendoza for Mexican and RD RNNR for burgers and sports vibes. On El Paseo, Piero’s PizzaVino is my go-to Italian spot, and Porta Via is where I send my GLAM SQUADS. For nightlife, The Libation Room and Red Barn are serving. Cheeky’s is a brunch must, and Bootlegger Tiki and Bar Cecil are great for stylish cocktails. For drag? Toucans, always. And don’t miss Desert X or Moorten Botanical Garden—pure magic.

Final Thoughts From Palm Springs’ Fairy Vibe Mother
Cassidy: I just feel so grateful to be doing what I love. Whether it’s a bachelorette blowout, a girls’ getaway, or a soulful mama’s retreat, I’m here to make it magical. We’re not just party planning—we’re curating core memories. And trust me, when the desert calls? You always answer.
