If trendsetting were an Olympic sport, Hailey Bieber would already have the gold — and probably a smoothie named after it. After turning the Strawberry Smoothie at Erewhon into a $20 lifestyle choice, Hailey might now be doing the same for swimwear in 2026.
Her January 4, 2026 Instagram dump from a tropical Bieber-family getaway had the internet zooming in. The star of the carousel? A leopard-print one-piece monokini with a deep plunging halter neckline, crisscross lace-up detailing, and cutouts that said fashion, but make it feral.
High-cut legs sealed the deal, elongating her silhouette and confirming one thing: cutouts are not going anywhere. She captioned it simply, “ready!” — and honestly, same.

“Trend Forecast: Diane’s Swimwear in Palm Springs Has 2026 Covered”
Naturally, our fashionistas at SQUAD Magazine had to investigate IRL. We headed to the newly remodeled Diane’s Swimwear in Downtown Palm Springs (hi, neighbors to Hot Cookie ), where store manager Shauna put us on to the goods.

We fell hard for the Love and Bikinis stretchable one-piece — a dream for curves and comfort.
Shauna also spilled that Bond-Eye is a bestseller thanks to its ultra-stretch fabric and bold, eclectic colors. And for the minimal girls?

A sleek navy Vitamin A one-piece gave rich, poolside-at-your-Airbnb energy.
Animal Prints Are the Vibe at Havianas Palm Springs

And yes — leopard print is officially the look of 2026. Even our SQUAD fave Havaianas Palm Springs is in on it, with leopard-print flip flops trimmed in fuzzy fur. Iconic.
With Hailey and Justin Bieber chilling at their $16 million La Quinta villa in the Madison Club, it’s no surprise Palm Springs is feeling extra trend-forward. One thing’s clear: monokinis are back, cutouts are louder, and 2026 swimwear is serving main character only.
